1-DAY - Mobile Technician and Trim School
Outline:
- Changing or renewing color on most leather, plastics, vinyl, carpet and velour with CLASSIC COATTM, COLOR COAT, and SURE COAT.
- Mixing of Interior Colors
- Refinishing Systems

This class runs from 8am to 4:30pm on Saturday. SEM provides lodging on Friday evening for double occupancy only at either the Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn in Rock Hill, SC. Anyone wishing to have a private room will be charged at our corporate rate of $94 plus tax. Lunch will be provided Saturday as well as transportation to and from the plant, if needed.
A $50.00 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation and is fully refundable upon course completion. You may send a check, but if you would like to reserve your spot by credit card, please click the link on the registration page and print the Credit Card Authorization form. Complete the form and fax it to Rhonda Sutton at (803) 207-8305. Failure to show up for the class or cancellation within two weeks of class date will result in a $50 per person charge to your credit card or forfeiture of your deposit check.
Come prepared to create cured samples and take part in hands on application.
You may now receive I-CAR Gold Class Professional® and Platinum Individual points for Interior Repair and Refinishing (1/2 point) and Plastic & Bumper Repair & Refinishing (1/2 point).
Upon completion of SEM School (1-Day) students will be able to demonstrate:
• Proper change and/or renew of color on leather, flexible and rigid plastics, carpet and velour.
There is no charge for SEM School attendance with double occupancy lodging for Friday night; however you will need to present a major credit card at the hotel for incidentals, such as telephone charges, movies, items from hotel shop and extra nights. If your Credit Card Authorization form or $50 deposit check is not received four weeks before the class date, you will not be considered registered for the class.
2-DAY - WD Jobber and Shop School
Outline:
- Bumper Repair and Refinishing Systems.
- How, when and where to use DUAL-MIXTM adhesives, seam sealers, repair materials and foams.
- Changing or renewing color on most leather, plastics, vinyl, carpet and velour with CLASSIC COATTM, COLOR COAT, and SURE COAT.
- Specialty Products including: RUST-MORTTM/RUST-SEALTM, RUST-SHIELDTM, FACTORY PACK, PRO-TEXTM Truckbed Liner, XXXTM, EZ COAT, SOLARAYTM UV Products, ROCK-IT LINER, and Trim Paints, Primers.

SEM provides lodging Saturday and Sunday evenings for double occupancy rooms only at either the Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn in Rock Hill, SC. Anyone wishing to have a private room will be charged at our corporate rate of $94 plus tax. Lunch will be provided each school day as well as a group dinner Sunday evening.

You may now receive 3 ¾ I-CAR Gold Class Professional® and Platinum Individual points for the two day SEM School. Training sessions include; Interior Repair and Refinishing, Plastic & Bumper Repair & Refinishing, Truckbed Liner, Metal Bonding and Custom Finish.
Upon completion of SEM School (2-Day) students will be able to demonstrate:
• Bumper repair using several repair methods/techniques
• Proper change and/or renew of color on leather, flexible and rigid plastics, carpet and velour
• Proper use of adhesives , seam sealer, repair materials and foams
• Proper use of “allied products” such as truck bed liners , chip guards, texture’s, stripper products, etc.
• Proper use of "Custom Finish" products.
